Upfront value, LVR, projected profit, term, location and a first mortgage. Those six tests decide whether a file is prepared for a reviewer or a rejection is held.
What you send
The same questions the Fund uses internally. When you submit, a CSV of the answers is emailed to the team. Nothing on this page is a credit decision.
What happens next
The team loads the CSV into the qualification system, screens the project, and is in touch. A missing answer is flagged. It is not assumed.
This is not Wix, and it is not the staff system
This site is the public front door. Staff sign-in, codes, flags and the project list are a separate internal tool. Publishing this site later does not publish that tool.
